Mark Pasetsky is the Founder and Chief PR/Content Strategist of Mark Allen & Co., a leader in public relations and content development. Pasetsky provides strategic public relations counsel and develops innovative content strategies for a wide variety of prominent brands and executives.

His recent experience includes representing a diverse array of clients, including W Hotels for their Turn It Up for Change Campaign featuring Jennifer Hudson, General Motors/Buick and GMC Lifestyle, Samsung for their “Looking 4 Myself” short film starring Usher, AARP Media Sales, illy Café, Y&R, Consero Group, Clutch Group, The Sustainable Operations Summit featuring President Bill Clinton, and Scout, among others.

Pasetsky has held several high-profile media positions. As Managing Editor of OK! Magazine, Mark oversaw the over 40-person editorial operation and orchestrated a number of major photo deals and columnist agreements with celebrities that included Kim Kardashian, Bethenny Frankel and Giuliana Rancic.

Prior to OK! Magazine, Pasetsky served as the Editor-in-Chief of Bauer Publishing’s Life & Style Weekly. Pasetsky previously served as the magazine’s General Manager and Bauer Publishing Vice President. He oversaw the successful launch of Life & Style Weekly, which resulted in the publication being the fastest growing magazine of 2004 and was named “Launch of the Year” by noted magazine expert Samir Husni.

Pasetsky also served as Vice President of Communications for MTV Networks’ online division, heading up corporate and consumer communications for,, and Mark also counseled a variety of media, entertainment and technology brands while in senior management at PR firm Middleberg & Associates.

Pasetsky has frequently contributed pieces to Forbes and The Huffington Post, and is often quoted in prestigious media publications, including The NY Times, Reuters, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, AdAge and E! Online.

Pasetsky is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received a BA in Journalism.
